Susan is an exquisite realtor who is extremely knowledgeable. She was very thorough with explaining each step of the home buying process as I'm a first-time home buyer. She ensured I understood everything. She was always available to answer questions or discuss the process and provided great communication. I was very specific with the desired area, type of home, acreage, renovations needed, and budget. I was willing to wait as long as necessary until "the one" hit the market. Susan listened to every detail and helped me hunt for the perfect home. She was very patient with me and my needs. She is extremely honest and would not let me purchase a home that was not up-to-par. She is super caring and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have issues later on with a house. She was able to find the perfect home for me before it even hit the market. She was certain it was the one for me. When I first stepped in the door, I instantly fell in love and automatically knew that it was the one. It checked-off every request I had. I put in an offer that day, and it was smooth-sailing from then to the closing date. The sellers were also very helpful, kind, and honest with making sure all repairs were completed. They even put in a new hot water heater to be cautious so that I wouldn't have to worry with replacing it later. My home buying experience was great!
