Having a very good product and location , after the listing went live , the home was Sold in 7 hours. Susan Said, this was her first home ever to sell this quickly. As a former custom builder, I prepared the home to be show ready. Susan , additionally handle the few issues and negotiate an increase in sale price to cover the items need .
